9,400 feet of new water and sewer main through a live neighborhood - zero utility strikes.
The Challenge
A growing district south of Pueblo needed 9,400 feet of new water and sanitary sewer main threaded through an established neighborhood — live services, tight easements, and residents who needed their water on by dinner time.
What We Did
Hydro-excavation potholed every crossing before a bucket touched soil. We ran the mains in short, fully-shored runs, made the live taps on a published schedule the district shared with residents, and restored surfaces behind us block by block.
The Result
Every foot of pipe in and passing pressure tests, zero utility strikes, and a district that invited us back for the next phase.
“The communication was the difference. Our phones didn’t ring, and in this business that’s the highest compliment.” — District operations manager
