The Challenge
A 42-acre ranch parcel outside Fort Collins needed to become a pad-ready residential site in a single season — clearing, mass grading, storm drainage, and erosion control, with a hard winter deadline and a county inspector who had seen too many muddy sites.
What We Did
One contractor, one plan. Our crews cleared and demoed the old outbuildings, balanced the mass grading with 3D machine control, cut the detention pond, installed the storm system, and buttoned up erosion control as each phase closed — no waiting on a second sub to mobilize.
The Result
Pads delivered ahead of the first freeze, with the county sign-off on erosion control first time through. The builder started foundations on schedule.
