The Challenge
A mine operation needed its excavation fleet moved to a new access site — fourteen loads, several oversized, through canyon switchbacks with seasonal closures and a county permit office that does not rush for anyone.
What We Did
We surveyed the route, secured the over-dimensional permits, scheduled pilot vehicles, and moved the fleet in a week-long sequence — lowboys for the iron, side dumps repositioning material between moves so the site never sat idle.
