The Challenge
A regional contractor wanted the precision they kept seeing on our sites — nine machines converted to 3D machine control, operators trained, and none of it allowed to interrupt their active season.
What We Did
We specced and procured the receivers and tooling, installed and calibrated each machine during its scheduled maintenance window, and ran operator training in the dirt — real surfaces, real models, not a conference room. Their foremen got a direct line to our field techs for the first month.
The Result
Nine machines converted and every operator signed off in two weeks of rolling windows, with zero lost production days. Their first GPS-graded pad checked out within tolerance.
