We’re looking for an experienced heavy equipment operator for earthwork and site development projects in the high country. You’ll run GPS machine-control dozers, excavators, and graders — and if you haven’t run 3D control before, we’ll train you on ours.
What you’ll do
- Run dozers, excavators, and graders on earthwork and site packages
- Work to 3D design surfaces with machine control
- Daily equipment checks and honest reporting
- Cross-train with pipe and concrete crews if you want the skills
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years seat time (or equivalent skill — show us)
- Comfort working at altitude, in all four seasons
- Safety mindset: huddles, locates, no shortcuts
