Quick update from Jefferson: the dirt work is done, and it’s our own this time. Building pad, utilities, and access road for our regional headquarters wrapped last month — graded, compacted, and inspected to the same standard we hold on client work. This week, steel started going vertical.

It’s a strange and satisfying thing to be your own client. The crews have opinions about everything — where the equipment wash-down should drain, how wide the yard gates need to be, which way the shop doors should face against a Park County wind. We took most of their suggestions. They were right.

We’ll share progress as it climbs. Watch this space.
